“Integrated manufacturing” means that we carry out every part of the manufacturing process, from materials development, knitting, dyeing and pattern production, to sewing and inspection, ourselves.
Since the start of this decade, we have been working towards improving our processing techniques to make materials more resistant to change in climate, and to make detailed pattern designs, down to the last millimeter to ensure that clothes fit perfectly in a range of situations.
We are currently establishing these techniques not only here in Japan, but also in our own factories in China,
and promoting our techniques to countries all around the world.
